Employees can use their login identity and password to access confidential messages and copies of their scanned in qualifications and training certificates. Any site which has access to the internet, will be able to access and download digital quality colour copies of certificates providing the employee first enters their ID and password. Employees can also access job-specific messages, risk assessments and other relevant documentation. Employees will also be able to access the staff notice board and latest circulars including health and safety, training and development, and other housekeeping issues.
